I think I’ve jumped my biggest hurdle; naming my blog!
For those who have gone to NoBS camp in any form, you have heard the closing meditation Corinne Crabtree does. For those who haven’t heard it, I won’t ruin it for you, but I’ll share the meaning as it relates to the title of my blog.
Corinne leads you through this beautiful mental image of your life from childhood to old age. Part of the imagery is a big, beautiful oak tree and who that version of you is leaning against it.
This is my journey to that oak tree ❤️
Towards the Oak Tree 
Ah Karen I’ve attended 2 virtual camps so far and the first time I attempted to go thru the meditation I lasted (guessing) 5 minutes and had to stop because it was just too intense for me to experience. The second camp I did listen all the way thru but didn’t let myself really feel all the feelings. Perhaps next camp I can really experience at least a part of it. I look forward to reading about your journey. I’m sure it will help me on mine!
